SBT Nabs TPP and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 1/6/26

Solutions by Text LLC announced its acquisition of payments platform Triple Play Pay. Solutions by Text said the deal will help its compliance efforts, create a faster merchant onboarding experience, improve security and controls, and make more application programming interface codes available to merchants. Terms were not disclosed.
Point-of-sale technology supplier Signature Software Systems Inc. formed an integration with Gaming Hospitality Solutions, a software provider for loyalty marketing and gas station management, to enable POS systems at gas stations to activate pumps and authorize fuel purchases for stores offering fuel services.
Nick Bencivenga, formerly with Paysafe, has joined payments processor Kurv as vice president of sales. The company, known formerly as Electronic Merchant Services LLC, also promoted Jesse Spears to vice president of strategic partnerships. Bencivenga previously was vice president of sales at Paysafe.
