Corpay’s Alpha Group Deal and other Digital Transactions News briefs from 7/23/25

  • Corpay agreed to acquire Alpha Group International plc for $2.2 billion. Alpha Group provides technology to manage cross-border foreign exchange.
  • Fraud prevention and identity verification specialist Socure released its Dispute Abuse Score, a service designed to predict the likelihood individuals will abuse dispute processes.
  • TD Bank’s Merchant Solutions unit agreed to use Fiserv Inc. technology, including its Clover point-of-sale technology, under a multi-year agreement.
  • ATM maker NCR Atleos Corp. said Lloyds Banking Group will use the Atleos ATM as a Service technology in select branches.
  • In a deal with MoonPay, a cryptocurrency payments infrastructure provider, Bitget Wallet enabled the ability to withdraw stablecoins into more than 25 fiat currencies. This also is the first fiat withdrawal capability for the Bitget Wallet.
  • Accounts payment software and ERP provider SquareWorks Consulting launched its International Payments, a service that includes real-time exchange rates and payment tracking, SWIFT wire payments, and international automated clearing house support.
