Paysign Inc., a prepaid card payment processor specializing in health care, appointed Burke Williams senior vice president of business development. Williams is a former executive at TrialCard Inc. Two other former TrialCard executives also joined Paysign—Matthew Turner as vice president and head of patient affordability solutions and Brett Squire as senior director for client services and informatics.
